3. Booking and Payment All bookings must be made through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Please contact us for any cancellation requests.

5. Use of Studio Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio or equipment during their booking. Any damages must be reported immediately. Clients must follow all studio rules and guidelines provided at the time of booking.

6. Content Ownership Clients retain ownership of all content created during their studio session. The Content Factory San Diego reserves the right to use anonymized excerpts of content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability The Content Factory San Diego is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or injury to persons while on our premises. Clients assume all risks associated with using our facilities and services.
