What you'll receive: If you opt in, you'll get text messages from The Content Factory San Diego related to your studio sessions - booking confirmations, appointment reminders, "your files are ready" notifications, and replies to your questions and customer-care requests. We do not send marketing or promotional bulk texts.

How to opt in

There are two ways to give consent. Consent is never required to book or to purchase anything, and we never sell or share your number.

On our booking page: when you book a session at contentfactorysandiego.com/book, you enter your mobile number and check the consent box shown below. The box is not pre-checked - you must check it yourself to opt in.
By text: text our business number first and we'll reply - starting that conversation opts you in to customer-care replies.

Message frequency varies with your booking activity and conversations with us - typically a few messages around the time of a session or when you contact us.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts.
